What You Can Expect During Your Visit
- Health & Safety Protocols: Please adhere to the guidelines posted throughout the studio.
- Stay Home If Unwell: If you are experiencing any symptoms such as a cough, fever, or difficulty breathing, please reschedule your appointment and stay home.
- Timeliness: Arriving on time for your appointment helps us ensure smooth scheduling and safety measures.
- Sanitation Stations: Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the studio for your convenience.
- Payments & Consultations: All transactions, consultations, and inquiries will be handled at designated areas with protective barriers.
Tattoo Appointment Policies
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your tattoo or the last session.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least three business days’ notice. The deposit can be transferred to your new appointment if rescheduled within this time frame.
- Cancellation & No-Shows: Failure to show up or arrive late for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling will be required.
- Design Presentation: Your tattoo design will be presented on the day of your appointment.
- Deposit Expiration: All deposits must be used within six months from the original appointment date.
Important Tattoo Appointment Guidelines
To secure a tattoo appointment, a deposit is required, with no exceptions.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 (for small tattoos) or an amount equivalent to the artist’s hourly rate is required at the time of booking.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least three business days’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
- Deposits must be used within six months of the original appointment. If you cancel and do not rebook immediately, your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows and late arrivals will require rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Tattoo designs will be presented on the day of your appointment.
Walk-ins and same-day appointments: If availability allows, same-day bookings do not require a deposit. For same-day appointments or any questions, it is recommended to call the studio for the fastest response.
The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo or the last session.
